Aside from Cullen sparkling and being white, is there any difference between these two at the core? I've never read or watched twilight, but I get from people talking about it that Cullen kills vampires hostile to humans like blade, is a daywalker like blade and avoids drinking blood like blade.

not true...twilight is more of the girly version of vampire vs werewolf. blade is just black chuck norris of vampires and humans.

Actually, Blade tracks down and kills other vampires for a living. While it's true that Edward can't die from sunlight like traditional vampires, I've heard he feeds on animal blood instead of the human variety.
